Scope of work:
- Establishment of HVAC system for PCMD building.
- Design, Supply, and Installation of chilled water HVAC system for Panjwani Centre for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research.
- As per WHO, ASHRAE, and CDC standards, Design, Supply, and Installation of Air-cooled chiller for Molecular Lab, Stem cell lab, Cell Biology Lab, Molecular biology, Tissue Culture Facility, Enzyme Inhibition, at PCMD building in ICCBS.
- Air-conditioning design, supply, installation, and commissioning
- Air ducting work, refrigerant tubing work and insulation work of ducts and pipes
- Air balancing work as per design.
- Documentation including as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manual, and spare parts list.
