Scope of work:
- Establishment of HVAC system for Stem Cell Facility.
- As per WHO, ASHRAE, and CDC standards, Design, Supply, and Installation of DX type Air handling Units for GMP Testing, and Manufacturing Areas at Stem Cell Facility.
- Air-conditioning design, supply, installation, and commissioning
- Air ducting work, refrigerant tubing work and insulation work of ducts and pipes.
- Air balancing work as per design.
- Documentation including as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manual, and spare parts list.
